Premier Ballroom Group Classes’ size is limited in order to give all students a chance for semi-individual attention from the instructor.
Group Classes are a vital component of a learning process. When accompanied by Private Lessons and Dance Parties it becomes the most effective way to learn to dance.

Ever needed some extra motivation to get that fitness fire burning?This class will get you hooked ona  healthy lifestyle. It is designed for both man and women, who seek reaching their personal fitness goals in a fun and energizing environment. It’s the ultimate introductory strenght, flexibility and cardio work out for people, who enjoy getting in the best shape of their lives.

Ladies, your favorite class is back! Bring your own heels and get ready to shake and shimmy, swing and sway in this runway style calf-boosting, posture-building, cat-walking diva class. This new class brings together the spirit and experimental movement of African Dancing with the more technical approach of Jazz. Experience the new way to move, get creative with your dancing, learn fundamentals of both dance styles, and get a great workout from this dynamic dance session. Â
